Are the ways we implement our decisions or execution. Judging (J) people are well structured in developing and keeping to plans. They like to keep things clear and orderly. They focus on their schedule and act according to it, and apply to the lives of others and are sometimes hard on others, keeping their plans in order and methodical ways.

Perceiving (P) people casual flexible and spontaneous rathe than planful scheduling/judging type. They like adventures and plan nothing but respond to situations they never encountered and they quite fancy it whilst scheduling people feel depressed in this case. They usually do not have a schedule, deadline or to-do lists, but are flexible in the situations which are not clear or structured.
